    李宁09春季跑步动态和平面广告出来了

    拍摄动态那天凌晨4点就起来化妆，跑到小汤山的某处结冰的河边，

    然后就开始热身从5点慢跑到 6点 ，等着太阳一出就开始拍

    穿的少，天气冷还要有跑步热的感觉，最害怕的就是挺导演说，化妆呢 ？快给赵鑫喷点汗水

    李宁公司还特意找了个专业的跑步运动员在一边指导我的跑步姿势

    想起一个月前被冻拍摄得春季跑步得辛苦 ，现在觉得再累都值得了
